Antonio passed away on January 14, 2022 at the age of 95 years. With deepest sorrow, he will be greatly missed by the love of his life and wife of 68 years, Antonietta, his loving children Joseph (Brenda), Catherine (Ray), Mary (Daniel), grandchildren Anthony (Angela), Emma (Chris), Daniel (Danielle), Megan (Chad), Grace (Alex), Madeline, and great grandchildren, Adrianna, Emerie and Clark. Antonio would often say his family was his life. He was a beloved, dedicated and loving Husband, Papa, Nonno, Great Grandfather, Son, Brother, Cousin, Uncle and Friend, loved and respected by all. He was highly regarded throughout his working career, including as General Manager at Curtis Jewelry in Winnipeg in the 1960s. He proudly served as President of the Italo-Canadian Club in Winnipeg and was involved in the founding of the Folklorama Festival. He enjoyed travelling, music, laughter, and was a lifelong lover of reading and learning.His million-dollar smile would light up the room and you knew you were in the presence of someone immensely special if you were lucky enough to know him.His loss will forever be felt and his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
