Obituary for Charlene Ann Henderson

Charlene Ann Henderson
Thank you for being a kind person. My name is Cindy and on June 2nd I found my sister passed away in her room, my sister was missing for 23 years she disappeared in 1978 she left behind a baby girl,my sister had her reasons but we found her I believe in 2000 she brought home a wonderful nephew her son Michael such a good guy.

My sister suffered from PTSD from her childhood and chronic pain she had been to many a doctor at one time they prescribed her Percocet out of the blue after 8 months they stopped her prescription she was suffering greatly she did all the right things and still fell through the flawed medical system. I found out she was medicating herself the day she passed away it was a massive fentanyl overdose, I never ever thought this could touch my life.

What I'm trying to do is raise money for her celebration of life in September the ministry paired for her cremation I would like to make a fingerprint necklace for her son, daughter and I as well as food flowers etc.

Life Story for Charlene Ann Henderson

On June second I found my sister passed away in her room, my sister was also missing for 23 years we found her in 2003 she suffered from chronic pain, the doctors had put her on Percocet for 8 months then one day they cut her off I didn't realize she had started self-medicating, she had done all the legal things and still fell threw our flawed medical system, little did I know she had been self-medicating on fentanyl she passed away of a massive overdose. ONE great thing is she brought me home a wonderful nephew named Mike before she left the home she had a baby at the age of 15, a daughter named Dawn, my sister suffered from PTSD from her childhood. The ministry paid for her cremation but I would like to have a celebration of life. I myself was diagnosed with hepatitic dementia in October 2016. What I am funding raising for is to give her a beautiful celebration of life, I would love to be able to give her kids a fingerprint necklace of her they start at three hundred dollars plus food for her celebration of life I just do not have the money I've been off work for almost five years this would be a beautiful gift from her. MY SISTER WAS EVERYTHING losing twice in a lifetime has been devastating I am so grateful for the time that was granted to me she truly was a beautiful KIND PERSON, I TALK TO HER Every day I FEEL HER SPIRIT WITH ME KNOWING SHE IS OUT OF PAIN IS THE ONLY THING I HAVE TO HANG ON TO. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED THANK YOU
