It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Deborah Anne Carter. As a lifelong coach for BC Special Olympics and a recent contributing member in the BC Athletics Technical Officials, Deb has left a huge legacy of love, support and passion to hundreds of athletes, parents and fellow coaches.

Please join us in celebrating Deb’s life on Tuesday May 30th at 1:00pm at the St. Clare of Assisi Parish Hall, 2888 Delahaye Drive in Coquitlam (2 blocks west of Town Centre Stadium).

In lieu of flowers, donations in her name requested to BC Cancer Foundation.
