Obituary for Diane Julie Stiglish
Diane Julie Stiglish, born July 3rd 1948 in New Westminster, passed away peacefully after her long battle against cancer on February 12th 2021.
Diane was a loving spirit to many, and was always there for her friends, family and community. She gave back, spending much of her retirement volunteering at Repurpose and BC Ambassadors as well as donating her possessions to local archives and museums for preservation. And as a Red Hatter, member of the Dogwood Senior society, BC Tel Ambassadors, Diane was an outgoing active member of the community. She enjoyed frequenting local theatre and art exhibitions with her friends.
Diane was set in her ways, and wasn’t afraid to show it.
Survived by her older brother Alan Stiglish, and her many cousins, nieces and nephews. She was loved by many, and will be missed greatly.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Crossroads Hospice Society.
