Life Story for Dorothy May Calderwood

Dorothy May Calderwood (nee Leonard)

Born May 8, 1927 in Montreal, Quebec.
Resident of Coquitlam, BC since 1965.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Dorothy. Loving and devoted wife to Edward to whom she was married 69 years. Loving mother to Robert, Richard (Colleen) and Cheryl (Spencer). Proud Grandma of nine: Jamie, Justin (Tracy), Melissa (Isaac) and Alicia; Joshua, Lauralyn (Michael) and Miranda; Vanessa (Tyrel) and Keitha, and Great Grandmother, "GGMa", of five wonderful boys. Dorothy had a smile that could light the stars.

Forever in our hearts, forever loved.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations to the Alzheimer Society of BC are considered.

Donna Laplante

Our deepest sympathies to Uncle Eddy, Bobby, Ricky, Cheryl and all the family. Uncle Eddy and Aunt Dot had a wonderful love story and their love was evident to all of us. Her smile made her eyes sparkle. She loved her family and family was everything to her. Thinking of you all at this difficult time,
Donna, Peter and family
