Obituary for Esther Margaret Davis (Klott)
Born in Hermann, Missouri on January 25, 1932. Passed away peacefully on August 28, 2020 at the age of 88. Predeceased by Lloyd, her husband of 62 years, and 6 brothers and 3 sisters. Survived by her sister, Dorothy Bokan, daughter Anne Wilson, sons Steve (Janice), Tom (Tracy), grandsons Paul, Brian, Alan Jeremy (Victoria), Jesse and great-granddaughter, Cedar.
Esther was one of ten children growing up on a Depression-era farm in Missouri. She graduated from nursing school and worked at DePaul Hospital in St. Louis. After moving to Port Moody, BC in 1967 she owned a family printing company in Burnaby, BC for 49 years. She was extremely active in her church, and later in life, loved to travel.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00am on Friday, September 4, 2020 at St Joseph's Church in Port Moody, BC.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation.
