Felicia was born in Amato Catanzaro, Italy and came to Canada in 1956 at the age of 10 with her mother Giovanna and brother Alfonso to join their father Pietro in Winnipeg where he had come 2 years previously to prepare a home for his family.

As a young woman she took great pleasure in spending time with her cousins and having large family get- togethers. She graduated high school and went on to study cosmetology becoming an accomplished, well respected and very popular hairdresser in Winnipeg.

She married at 19 to her first husband George Pastulovic. They moved to Squamish BC., where they began a family. In the following years they had four children. Felicia treasured being a mother! Her family was always first and foremost and she embraced every moment with them. When her marriage ended, she moved to and settled into a life in Vancouver B.C. where she raised her children and worked teaching hairdressing. Some years later she met the love her life and partner of 32 years Phillip Robert Morse.
She especially loved her role as Nana. And her grandchildren were crazy about her. She had a vivacious personality and always made people around her laugh. She had a zest for life and an interest in so many things. She loved sewing, gardening, was a natural artist and secretly loved to sing. She made friends everywhere she went. She adored cooking and preparing food for friends and family. Her scrumptious meals brought people together which filled her heart with joy. She lived to bring joy to those she loved and put other’s happiness before her own. In her later years Felicia and her loving husband, Phil, had many adventures travelling throughout North American, Mexico and various parts of the world.

She was a warrior mother, grandmother and wife. Her heart beat fierce until the very end – and will
continue sending ripples forward in time to light the way for those she loved and cherished.

“Never ever give up on yourself or others. Ever.”
Felicia Fiorentino
