Obituary for Frank John Nick
Frank Passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at the age of 91. He was born in Vancouver on July 1, 1931, moving to Port Coquitlam in 1934 where he lived the rest of his life. Frank will be greatly missed by his wife Carolyn, daughter Toni; sons John (Lori), and Dan; granddaughters Jenna and Julia; brother Ernie (Karen); as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
Frank treasured his family and greatly enjoyed the friendships with those he met throughout his life's adventures. Great times were spent with family and the many friends Frank made while playing sports, exploring the great outdoors and working as a firefighter for the Port Coquitlam Fire Department.
Frank was predeceased by his parents Sophie and John, brothers Walter, Albert and Joseph.
A Mass will be held at Our Lady of Assumption on Tuesday, October 18th at 11:00am with a reception following.
In Lieu of flowers, donations in Frank's memory may be made to the Terry Fox Foundation or the Burke Mountain Naturalists.
