It is with immense sadness we announce the sudden passing of Jeffrey Lynn Davies Jones on February 2, 2023.

Jeff was born in South Wales, U.K. with a keen sense of adventure. Jeff emigrated to Canada, arriving in Alberta, where he enjoyed a long career with Imperial Oil. Following his retirement, he and Kathy moved to the west coast where they took full advantage of the outdoor lifestyle. Jeff grew to love his adopted country but always held a place in his heart for the green, grass of home.

Jeff loved sports of all kinds and was an avid runner, completing in many marathons.
during his life. In his later years he took up cycling and enjoyed being active every day. Travel was another huge part of Jeff’s life. He and Kathy travelled extensively throughout the world, and he was never happier than when planning a trip to their next destination.

Jeff is survived by his loving wife Kathy, daughter Sara (Cal); daughter Helan and adored grandson Owen both of Perth, Australia, as well as family in the U.K. and friends around the world.
