We are all saddened with her sudden passing. Cherished wife of Terry and loving mother to Tyler.
Predeceased by her father, Dan Doo Sane Lee (2009) and mother Susan Soo Jing (Quan) Lee (2016), sister to Jerry (Stacey) Lee and Johnny (Bonnie) Lee. Cherished aunt to Michael Wei Lim Lee, Matthew Gar Lin Lee, Jason Awk Lin Lee and Erik Gim Lin Lee, step aunt to Kelli Jean Taylor and Laura Hache.
Remembered by Terry's family, father Wayne Wing Shue Wong and mother Joyce Gun Toy Wong, sisters Lilly Won Sam Wong & Jane Sook Jing Wong and brother in law, Don Rampone
Joanne was born in Burlington, Ontario and moved to Vancouver as a young woman. She was happy to enjoy the support of her Mother's Vancouver family, Uncles Bing Doo Hong Quan (deceased), George Doo Yee Quan, and Aunts Suzie Soo Yan Lee, Suemay Black, Suelina Sue Lan Chan and their extended families.
Joanne enjoyed spending time with family and friends: from playing cards, having game nights & enjoying great food. She also liked exploring the outdoors while hiking, biking & golfing. She really enjoyed a long and successful career as a procurement manager. Joanne's infectious personality and laughter touched many people that she knew.
A Celebration of Joanne May Wen Wong will be held at St Clare of Assisi Parish Centre, 2888 Delahaye Drive, Coquitlam, BC on Friday, November 4th from 11:00am to 2:00pm.
We will all miss her terribly.
