THOMSON, Leagh Lynn
December 3, 1948 - June 20, 2015

It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Leagh Thomson (nee Espeland/Mason) on June 20, 2015. Predeceased by parents George "Bud" Espeland (1957) and Ruby Mason (2001), she leaves behind her beloved daughter Danielle (Alex Puttonen), Daryl Thomson, sister Brenda and dear niece Sara, brothers Bruce (Penny) and Bill (Shelley), nephew Spencer, stepsister Judy (Brian), stepbrothers Alan and Jim (Susan) and other nieces and nephews.

Leagh was an elementary and high school teacher for many years in Burnaby, and retired from Moscrop Secondary School. She had a passion for the written word, live theatre, art, and travel. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 18 at 10:00 a.m. at Burquitlam Funeral Home, 625 North Road, Coquitlam.
