Leonard (Dan) passed peacefully on August 24, 2021 at the age of 68 when he lost his fight with cancer.

He was predeceased by his parents; Gurney and Elizabeth and two brothers ; Gurney and Barry.

Dan will be sorely missed by his wife Darlene, of 49 years, sons; Dale (Darcie) and Brian (Evangeline). His sisters; Marni (Al) and Mandy (Mark); his brothers; Tim (Sandy), Reynold (Sharon) and his grandchildren; Brianna and Nicole, 7 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews who would fondly refer to him as their 'favorite' Uncle.

Dan worked hard all of his life and willingly helped anyone in need. He loved spending time with family and friends. He had a great love for music, and loved to play the guitar, and belt out a few tunes.

Dan also had a love for nature, and him and Darlene loved to explore off the beaten path, where they would view wildlife, eagles, and bears.

We will always remember his whole hearted laughter, his quiet thoughtfulness, love for children, and kind and gentle ways.

The Celebration of Dan's Life will be determined at a later date.
