Condolence: I was so very sorry to hear of Mrs. Hobson's passing. She was a long-time dear friend of my mother Barbara Armstrong Miller and my mother was Joan's maid of honour. Every Christmas after my mother passed away Joan & I exchanged Christmas cards and news. I had the honour and pleasure of meeting her several years ago when I was visiting Vancouver. She warmly welcomed me for a delicious lunch in her beautiful home and shared wonderful funny stories of her and mom's youthful adventures in Barbados. I hope she and my mother are sharing smiles together once again. Please accept my deepest condolences to Joan's circle of loved ones.
