Obituary for Mark James Wilson
Mark passed away peacefully at the age of 57 at Crossroads Hospice after a brave and courageous battle with brain cancer.
He is loved and missed by his wife Laura, children Alicia (Sam), David, Claire and Robert, his mom Lorraine and siblings Leah, Lori (Dave) and Scott. He is predeceased by his father, Bob Wilson.
Mark went to the University of BC to study engineering and worked for many years in the computer industry most recently with software design. Mark loved the outdoors including gardening, yard projects, astronomy, hiking, skiing, canoeing and camping. His family will remember him for his sense of humor (including his puns), his positiveness and his genuine kindness.
A funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 11th at All Saints Parish 821 Fairfax St. Coquitlam. Reception to follow.
