Born December 20 1929 in Kisbey Saskatchewan. Bob was two when the Ramsay family moved to Mallardville BC., where his father (Pepere) worked at Fraser Mills. Bob attended Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School. Later the Ramsays moved up the hill to Schoolhouse Street. In 1947 Bob started working at Fraser Mills and worked there until his retirement in 1984. Bob met Evelyn at a dance in New Westminster. They were married June 20 th 1953. They started a family living in the “little house” on Pepere’s property. Bob built the family home across the street at 555 Berry Street where they lived with great neighbors until their retirement in 1984. Bob and Evelyn then moved to Westbridge. Bob found lots of things to keep him busy, carpentry, construction, traffic control, gardening, his horses and fishing. Bob got great joy from sharing his new home with family and friends. After ten years the lure of family brought them back to Maple Ridge where they remained until his passing at Holyrood Manor.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Details will be posted when confirmed.

Special Thanks to the wonderful caring staff at Holyrood Manor.
