It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beautiful mother and wife, Yvonne Maurizio at the age of 71. She passed away peacefully with family by her side, after a short but heroic battle with cancer. She is predeceased by her parents Angelo Della Savia (1988) and Adele Della Savia ( 2009). She leaves behind her loving husband of 49 years Sergio, daughter Tammy (Sandro), son Claudio (Carly), grandchildren Luca, Olivia, Max and Meyer, brother Bruno Della Savia (Sandy), and nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins and other relatives and friends both here in Canada and in Italy.

Yvonne dedicated herself to her family and was always there when someone needed help. She will be remembered as a devoted wife, a loving mother, the best Nonna ever and a loyal friend.

A very special Thank You to the staff and volunteers of Crossroads Inlet Hospice in Port Moody for their compassion and loving care of our dear mom and all the support they gave to our family.
