In Loving Memory of my Great Aunt Anna
By : Joanne Wood
Nursing the wounded and seeing them through,
You were a great cook, serving those you love,
Kindness and compassion fit like a glove.
You loved your husband, we’re a model wife,
An exceptional neighbor, to help combat strife.
You arose early and worked with your hands,
Loved to dine and tend outside to the plants.
You kept a large home with a garden and all,
And looked so pretty-Spring , Summer Winter and Fall.
Your love for animals shone through and through,
A talking bird, squirrel and cute cuddly cats-your crew.
You lived to a ripe happy age of 102.
Sweet and kind and loving too.
It might be our loss, but its heaven’s gain,
You’re forever in God’s loving arms, with no worldly foe.
You’re restored to heath, complete and whole,
With heaven’s eternal rest for your soul.
Reunited with her Loving husband,Gerald Palecek and her Savior, Jesus Christ
