Anna Pielak

With deep sadness and heartfelt remembrance, we announce the passing of Anna Pielak, who died peacefully in New Westminster, British Columbia, on October 7, 2025, at the age of 96.

Born in Poland on August 25, 1929, Anna lived a long, full life marked by strength, resilience, and love.

Anna will be warmly remembered for many things, but especially for her traditional Polish cooking — a true expression of her heritage that brought comfort and joy to all who gathered at her table. Her meals were more than food; they were an act of love, steeped in tradition and shared with generosity.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 23rd, 2025, at 11 am at Robinson Memorial Park Cemetery, 621 Robinson Street, Coquitlam, British Columbia.
