Born August 14, 1945 in Hartola, Finland passed away suddenly at the age of 71. Asko was predeceased by his parents. He will be loved and missed by his wife Lisa, sons Mark (Catherine), Eric (Lindsay), granddaughter Sabrina, as well as friends and family here and in Finland.
Asko moved to Vancouver, BC, Canada in 1966 where he worked in construction, and had a passion for fishing and the outdoors. A memorial service will be held on Saturday March 18th at 2:00pm at Burquitlam Funeral Home, 625 North Road, Coquitlam.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your favourite charity.
