Bruce McDonald

Born June 28, 1937, our beloved husband, father, grandfather, pastor and friend Bruce passed peacefully into the presence of our Lord on July 22nd, 2025 at the age of 88 years. Bruce was pre-deceased by Betty, his wife of 58 years, mother Maudie, and father Fraser. He will be deeply missed by his family, church and friends and is survived by his children, Heather (Hal), Dan (Stephanie) and Cal (Lianne). He is also survived by his six grandchildren Max, Morgan, Jett, Ben, Wyatt & Joshua.

Bruce faithfully served the Lord Jesus for 62 years, spending 50 of those years ministering to Westminster Fellowship. Bruce died as he lived, with faith in God for his eternal salvation. Bruce has gone to his rest, and it is a rest well earned. We are confident the Lord will say, “Well done, good and faithful servant.”

Our deepest gratitude to the nursing and care staff at Belvedere Care Centre for their kind and loving attention to our Dad for the last 3 years. We thank all of the Belvedere staff for their dedication and kindness to our family.
