It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Carmel Eve Rempel on December 25, 2016. Carmel is predeceased by her husband Arthur and 5 sisters and 4 brothers. She is survived by her sister Kathleen in England and her three children Kieran, Paul and Suzanne (George) as well as numerous nieces and nephews in Ireland and England. Carmel had a long battle with Alzheimer's but never lost her beautiful smile or happy disposition. She will be greatly missed.
A celebration of life has been planned for Saturday January 28 at 2:00 at Burquitlam Funeral Home 625 North Road, Coquitlam, B.C. with a reception immediately afterward.
