Carol Anne Cleak June 3, 1948 - December 2, 2016 Carol passed away peacefully at Crossroads Hospice. She will be dearly missed by family and all who knew her. Celebration of life open house on December 14th from 1-7pm at 101-2721 Atlin Place. Donations can be made to Crossroads Hospice.
