Carter Mcneil

August 25, 1955 — December 24, 2017

Carter passed away peacefully at home on Christmas Eve. Survived by his loving wife Linda and two loving daughters Caitlin and Emily and his two special grandsons Leon and Aiden. In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
