Chester passed away at Crossroads Hospice, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his daughter, Colleen (Brian) Hurzin and son, Gordon Evans, and siblings, Audrey, Lois and Ken. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 60 years, Marian, and siblings, Norman, Russell, Doug and Dolly. He will be remembered fondly for having a heart of gold.
Thank you to the doctors, nurses, staff and volunteers at Crossroads Hospice for the devotion and care provided throughout his final journey.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 11:00 am at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 1504 Sprice Avenue, Coquitlam, BC. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to Crossroads Hospice Society.
