SULLIVAN, Constance Hope
Connie succumbed to complications from a fall, that rapidly accelerated her Dementia. She passed away peacefully with Alan, Heather and Scooter by her side at St. Michaels Hospice in Burnaby on Saturday April 22, at the age of 84. Connie enjoyed a vibrant life including a successful nursing career that culminated as nursing home Director of Care. She had a passion for her dog, Scooter, her friends and family, especially her grandchildren.
Predeceased by her husband, Bob Sullivan and grandson Sean Norley. She will be loved and missed by her children Alan Sullivan (and Heather Michel), Sheryl (and Bill) Prince, Wendy Lose; and her grandchildren Kirstin Sullivan, Ian Michel; Christina Velasquez, Nathan Prince; Darren Norley, Shannon Webber; great-grandchildren Isaiah Prince, Conner Long, Gabriel Velasquez, Matthew Velasquez; Melissa Norley, Ryan Norley, Ethan Norley, Ayden Norley, Mitchell Webber, Peyton Webber and Owen Webber; and great-great-grandchild Aria Hall.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 5 at Willingdon Church in Burnaby. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada in memory of Constance Hope Sullivan.
