WARD, David Edward
David was born in Vancouver on November 27, 1933. He passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on February 13, 2013 with loved ones by his side at the age of 79. Loving and missing him are his wife Nellie, his sons David (Rita) and Mark (Kathy), granddaughters Jen and Chantelle, and grandsons Jason and Nicholas. A special thank you to Dr. Eddy, nurses Susan, Shawna and Alice, as well as McKenney Creek Hospice in Maple Ridge. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
