Doly was born on April 24, 1922 in Rafaela, Santa Fe, Argentina. She passed away surrounded by loved ones on February 1, 2018 at the age of 95. Predeceased by her husband, Daniel Enrique Carreras. She is loved and missed by her nine children: Daniel Eugenio, Silvia, María Elena, Carlos Cristián, Patricia Ester, Liliana Noemí, Carmen Cecilia, Rosana, María Celeste, her cherished 24 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren. Doly was a teacher by vocation and a dedicated mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be missed by many in Argentina and Canada. Funeral Service will be held at 10 am on February 8, 2018 at Burquitlam Funeral Home, located at 625 North Road, Coquitlam. Special thanks to Goya Flores (Julia) for her love and dedication to Doly.
