It is with great sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Mom. Predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Rod, and her son-in-law, Mark. Survived by son, Ron (Marjorie), daughter, Debbie, brother, Ken (Bev), and niece Chelsea. Mom was a devoted Nona to her grandchildren Chris (Lindsay), Mike, Scott, Jacqueline and Julia. The family extends deep gratitude to Dr. Paula Aiken for her care. Many thanks to the staff at Belvedere Care Centre who tenderly cared for Mom. Donations may be made to your local S.P.C.A. in Mom's memory. A celebration of Mom's life will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at Burquitlam Funeral Home, 625 North Road, Coquitlam, B.C.
