Passed away peacefully at Eagle Ridge Hospital surrounded by the love of her children. Cared for perfectly by the Staff at Eagle Ridge Hospital. A Nurse for most of her life, it showed in her care for others. Eileen will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She was known for her incredible sassy sense of humor and clever quick wit. A cherished mother, wife, friend, aunt and the best grandmother. Predeceased by her Husband Lindsay, Son Kevin, and Sister Sheila Bates. She is survived by her Daughters, Jennifer Blott (Keith), Patricia Howe, (Todd) and Son Tim McCormick (Lori); grandchildren Damien Wong,(Agnes), Darryl (Fiancée Alyssa) and Riley Blott, Natalie and Tim Howe, and Dylan and Joel McCormick; great granddaughter Margaret Wong and by her brother Paul Howard. A Funeral Mass will be held at All Saints Parish - 821 Fairfax St., Coquitlam on Wednesday Feb 22nd, 2017 at 10:45 AM. In Lieu of flowers donations in her name to any of her favourite charities: the Canadian Cancer Society, the Salvation Army, Covenant House and the Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation are appreciated.
