Born May 28, 1928 in Anyox, BC passed away at the Madison Care Centre on November 3, 2014 at 86 years of age.
Predeceased by her husband Allan Hope “Nick” Percival. Loved and missed by her son Graeme (Tara), and her daughter Lynn Jantzen, and grandsons Christopher and Brent.
Memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday November 8, 2014 at Burquitlam Funeral Home 625 North Road, Coquitlam. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
