MORGAN, Ernest S
Ernie was born December 8, 1926 in Port Moody and passed peacefully at 4:55pm on May 10, 2014 with wife Lil at his side. Dad was predeceased by wife Yvette July 2005, brothers Bill, Vic and Jack. He will be fondly remembered by brother Hubert (Helen) wife Lillian, children Sandi (Art), Bob (Sharon), Randy (Dawn), grandchildren Rob (Yumay), Carrie (Mike), Matthew, Laura and Rachelle great grandkids Connor, Casey, Victoria and Amelia. Dad worked at Flavelle Cedar Mill for 41 years and enjoyed many years of retirement, fishing, hunting, camping and travelling with family and friends, lately enjoyed trips to casinos. Dad was in the Royal Canadian Navy and a life member at Legion 119.
Many thanks to Home care workers especially Pam & Carole, the staff at 2WB Eagle Ridge Hospital. Service to be held 2:00pm on Friday May 23 at Burquitlam Funeral Home and celebration to follow at Port Moody Legion, 2513 Clarke Street. In lieu of flowers please donate to Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation.
