It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Joe, our dear Dad, Papa, Pops and Nonno. Born in Vasto, Chieti region of Abbruzzo, Joe immigrated to Canada in 1957. He is survived by his wife Lina of 59 years; daughters Angela (Celenza) and Sandra (Fennings), and sons Mario and Robert. Also missing Joe are his six grandchildren, son in laws, daughter in law and extended family and friends.
Joe will be remembered as a kind, caring and generous man. He was an amazing storyteller and always made you laugh.
Please join the family in celebrating the life of this incredible man. Memorial service is being held on Friday November 4, 2016 @ 10:00 am at Burquitlam Funeral Home, 625 North Road, Coquitlam, B.C. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in memory of Joe to the Alzheimer Society of B.C. or Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation.
