Hazel was born in Merritt B.C. on March 13, 1921 and moved to Victoria in 1948. She passed away peacefully on June 28, 2013. Hazel will be sadly missed by her two children Zandra and Hylard (Heather), grand-daughters Sarah (Matt), Alanna (Kent), Rebecca and great grand-daughters Ainslee and Lily.
Predeceased by her husband of 40 years Gordon David, brother William and sisters Janet, Zandra, Betty and Maria. There will be no service or flowers as per Hazel's request. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of choice. Special thanks to the staff at Belvedere Care Centre for their loving care of Hazel for the past two years.
