Heather Hooton

Heather was born in Saint John, NB 1 of 8 children to Maxine & Reg Hooton. She will be sadly missed by her loving son Reg and her love Kevin.

Heather was a strong woman and a rock for so many. Heather would have your back no matter what. She always fought for the underdog and could be fierce in doing so, she loved unconditionally and with her whole heart.

Heather loved her time with “all her” children from her football “boys” who always knew that she was their biggest cheerleader, and always knew she was at every game. She taught them the value of a home cooked meal and showed them how to do it right. She loved working with her very special kids at school. Heather loved her drives in her Mustang with the roof down, wind in her hair and music playing.

Heather is survived by her loving son Reg, her love Kevin, mother Maxine, brothers Brian (Debbie), Chris (Sue), Ralph (Michelle); sisters Wendy (Paul), Pam, Susan, Heidi (Dana). Many very special nieces, nephews, aunts, uncle, and cousins and so many very special friends.

Heather was predeceased by her Dad Reg Hooton, husband Stephen Speight, and niece Kelsie Hooton. She will be missed by all who knew her and loved her.
