Passed away on August 7, 2014 at the age of 61. Helen is predeceased by her parents, Leo and Mary Dominic. She is survived by her husband, Steve Mullins, and their dog, Petey. Much loved sister of Joseph, Sharon, Jerome, Brian and Kevin; she is also survived by nephews Harrison and Adam. Helen made friends wherever she went.
