Jacob peacefully passed away on June 9, 2015 at the age of 18 after a brave battle with cancer. Predeceased by his mother Robyn in 2012. Survived by his loving father George, sister Krysta (Eric) and niece Lilly.
Jacob's favourite pastime was spending quality time with friends and family. His humour, laugh and spirit will be greatly missed by all that were fortunate to know him.
A celebration of life will be held at Burquitlam Funeral Home on June 27th at 10 am for those who wish to attend. In lieu of flowers donations to the BC Cancer Society and Canadian Blood Services are appreciated
