James Roberts

August 18, 1931 — April 5, 2015

Jim was the best friend and loving husband to Sheila. Survived by his sisters Joyce; Eileen; Marion; Sheila (Serge) and Brenda (Wally); his children Virginia; James (Judy); Terry Graff (Terry); Sean and nephew Brian Milloy (Debi); eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his Dad James Malcolm; Mom Dorothy Rochford; sister Carol Griffis (Phil); and son Raymond.

Born in Montreal, Jim and Sheila moved the family to Anmore in the 60’s. Jim loved rural living and enjoyed riding his horses with his children. He was a Sasamat Firefighter; Captain and First Responder for many years. Jim could fix and drive any type of vehicle. What he loved most in life was his family. There were many parties and family reunions at their home. We all have wonderful memories of family camping trips. Jim was a quiet man with a great sense of humour and a big grin. He was a kind and generous man.
