Jeanne Mary Rose Melquist

Jeanne passed away at Ridge Meadows Hospital on Wednesday, July 6, 2022.

Jeanne is survived by her daughters; Michelle Blanchet (Devon), Stacey Dasilva (Steven), her grandsons Cole and Matthew as well as many loved ones, family and friends.

Most recently she enjoyed spending her time cheering her grandsons on at various sporting events, bingo nights with the girls and spending quality family time over home-cooked meals or local foodie/shopping adventures. For those that had the pleasure of knowing her remember her as kind, loving and always open to having a chat whenever you needed it. She was always up for a challenge and eager to help, whether it be lending a hand with a task or hunting down obscure finds. She loved spending time with family and friends playing games but also enjoyed the quiet moments together as well. Most of all, she was the most loving and devoted Nana who’s love for her grandsons knew no bounds and will continue to be felt for a lifetime to come.

She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and loved ones.
