Lionel was born on January 27, 1936 in Royston, British Columbia, and passed away peacefully on December 24, 2017 at the age of 81. He is survived by his loving wife Marion, his sons Gord (Bev), Dan (Jodi), 4 grandchildren Rory, Laurel, Lindsay, and Tara, and his special niece Brenda. Lionel was a member of the local 115 Engineers for 60 years. No service requested at this time. The family would like to thank Dufferin Care for their compassion and support during Lionel's long struggle with Alzheimer's. Lionel, "enjoy the peace and quiet"; you earned it. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
