Passed away peacefully into the arms of Jesus, surrounded by loved ones, on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at the age of 91. Predeceased by her husband Vern Zimmerman, her parents Paul and Olga, brother Fred and sister Sigrid. Loved and missed by Rocky (Anita), Jannette (Bill), Terry (June), Darrell (Sharon), Zelda (Al), Valerie (Kim), 15 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Mom spent her life as a homemaker and loving mother and grandmother, tending to the needs of her family. Her number one passion was her deep relationship with God . She was a dedicated member of her church and served faithfully for many years. A Celebration of her Life will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Burquitlam Funeral Home, 625 North Road, Coquitlam, B.C. A very special thank you to the staff at Cartier House for their friendship, care and support.
