Timewell – Mary-Jane, born March 2nd 1954 in San Jose, California – passed away in Maple Ridge, B.C., on April 10th, 2013.
Mary-Jane was the eldest daughter of the late Raymond (1979) and late Grace (2003) Timewell. She is predeceased by her beloved brother David Joe (1992) and older sister JoAnne (2007). She is survived by her sister Barbara Jean and friend Drew Wild, her nephew Tavis, niece Melissa and great niece Meleigha MacDougall.
Mary Jane was born a beautiful baby to her loving parents and at the age of 11 months developed a severe seizure disorder after a vaccination. She was cared for at home until the age of six when she then went to live at Woodlands in New Westminster. Mary Jane was always a big part of the family; she came home almost every Sunday and for many special occasions. She loved car rides, music, sitting on the deck and being in the sunshine, the beach at White Rock, she enjoyed the family cats, babies, being teased by David and most of all moms’ cookies and cinnamon buns.
In 1995 Mary Jane moved into a very special home in New Westminster where she lived for 15 years and then she moved again to another home in Maple Ridge. These homes are run by her extended family from Arcus Community Services. This extended family loved her and treated her with so much love, affection, care and dignity for all the years she lived there.
From Mary-Janes’ family.
