It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Peggy Hewson. Peggy passed away peacefully with loved ones by her side, after a brave battle with Cancer. Predeceased by her mother Isobel, and brother Pat. Survived by her husband John, her father Neill, and stepmother Betty. Loved and missed by uncle Bruce, aunt Molly, nephews David and Marc, sister-in-law Lenora, cousins Heather and Hans, and many other family and friends. A Celebration of her Life will be held at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at St. Stephen the Martyr Anglican Church, 9887 Cameron Street, Burnaby, B.C. A special thank you to Ray MacDonald, Donna Cruickshank, Rosemary Brown, Lenora Spencer, Bruce and Molly Spencer, Dr. O’Brien, and all the nurses and staff of Laurel Place Hospice. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Surrey Hospice Society, #1 15243—91 Ave, Surrey, B.C.V3R 8P8.
