Philip Agostino

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Phil on November 18, 2025. Phil was born on April 30, 1964 in Vancouver. 

Phil leaves his sister, Maria Agostino(Peter) nephew, Dimitri Katsionis, and niece Ireland Katsionis. Stepchildren, Kyle Mackenzie and Kayla Mackenzie. Phil will be deeply missed by his loving companion of many years Darlene Pudar and her daughter Naomi. Survived by Cousin Anthony Tillman, (Tiffany) William and Jack. Aunt Rosemarie Tillman. Cousin Rose Marie Griffith and family and Cousin Jim Libby (Rohini)and family. Uncle Al Williams, Cousin Michael and Steve. Predeceased by his father Joseph Anthony Agostino (1973) mother, Helen Agostino Hendricks (1998) Aunt Olive Libby (2023) Uncle Ron Libby (2011) Nana Anne Taylor (2011). Phil will be missed by many dear friends. 

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the SPCA. 

Funeral will be Wednesday, December 10th at St. Francis de Sales Parish @ 11:30am. Burial at Mountain View Cemetery 5455 Fraser Street, Vancouver. For family only @ 1:15 pm. 

Celebration of life will at Mountain View Cemetery @ 2:00 pm.
