Roger Frisson passed away early morning, December 24, 2014 at the age of 82.
He lived life to the fullest and then some! His zest for befriending pretty much anyone with whom he could strike up a conversation, was one of his most endearing, lifelong qualities. His passions included travel, model train collecting, cribbage, pétanque, camping, fishing and fine food, especially from the region of Alsace, France where he was born.
Roger had an insatiable, enthusiasm for learning new things, he spoke 7 languages, and as more recently evidenced by his desire to keep up with technology! There wasn’t anything he couldn’t build or fix, especially when told, ‘This is impossible’: He made it possible!
Roger is survived by his three children; Michelle, Doreen, Daniel (Brenda) and his granddaughter Chelsea (Joshua). Roger was predeceased by his brother Theodore and survived by his brother Albert, his sister Huguette and closest of all, his identical twin brother, Robert.
Roger appreciated the Bible's hope of a resurrection at John 5:28, 29 "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out".
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2015
Time: 3:00 p.m.
Location: Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses
