Shelagh Sinclare. December 30,1943- March 28,2015, nee Penelope McNiven.
With her husband by her side Shelagh passed away after a courageously fought battle with cancer. She was a fun-loving, kind and generous person and will be remembered this way. Shelagh was most relaxed around her home and loved to entertain family and friends, always a gracious host. She was a faithful loving wife of 51 years to husband Croft. She is survived by her daughters Robbin (Dan), Corli (Stephen), and Sister Susan (Alex) and her Aunt Lillian. Grandchildren Lauren, Lydia, Justin and Natalie will lovingly remember their Nana with many fond memories.
A gathering of family and friends to celebrate Shelagh's life will be held in the Fireside Room at Burquitlam Funeral Home May 2 at 2PM. The family would like to extend their gratitude for the support in her final days to the palliative care teams at St.Paul's Hospital and Crossroads Hospice. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Crossroads Hospice in Port Moody, B.C.
