The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Ward Eby can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Dear Tanya, Sincere condolences to you, Alexander, Fin and Anne. I never had "Mr. Eby" at Centennial and I wonder what it would've been like as to me, he was "Tanya's Dad". When I look at the picture of him, it makes me smile as I recall his light hearted mannerism and smart wit. I have no doubt that he had a positive impression on so many individuals during his teaching years. I was also moved by learning about his diverse past which explains a lot about the person he was. Sending you all peace in your hearts. Anita
