The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of William Purser can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: "Tiger", I am very saddened to hear of your dad's passing. He was always a person I respected while I was growing up and he was always "that person" we could rely on. Dad would often speak fondly of the early years when they went hunting together and they would often chat on the street to share old stories or discuss current events.

Bill took much pride in his home and always kept his yard in prime shape. He always made time to have a quick chat and I am happy I had the opportunity to have known him.

Thank you Bill for being part of our neighborhood and part of our lives. You will be sincerely missed.

Condolence: So sorry to hear of your loss Diana. I will miss his smile and friendly wave as I drive down the street after visiting my mom. I was always surprised how "Mr. Purser to me" even remembered me since I moved out over 40 years ago.
