Obituary for Jean Huntley Pinotti

Pinotti, Jean Huntley
February 10, 1926 - December 4, 2017

Born in Ogbourne St. Andrew, Wiltshire, England. Jean was predeceased by loving husband Albert Pinotti. Love and missed by daughter, Sandra Robson & Son-in-law Philip Robson, grandchildren, Elysse Mayes (Steve), Vanessa McGregor (Devin), Paul Rempel (Cristi), Jeff Robson (Julia) & Ryan Robson. Great grandchildren Jasmine Mayes, Maxx McGregor, and Landon Robson, as well as many other relatives and dear friends.

Jean was a young woman during WWII, who met a handsome Canadian soldier Al. They married in England on September 12,1945 and proceeded to live their life in Vancouver B.C. Jean worked in a grocery store until the birth of their only daughter, Sandra. After that she became dedicated to her home & family. An avid member of The War Brides of Canada, many of her closest friends were other women that she met on their voyage to Canada to start their new life in their new home. Al and Jean loved to dance and took ballroom dancing for many years. Their only other passion they had was spending time with their grandchildren.

Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on December 12,2017 at Burquitlam Funeral Chapel at 625 North Rd, Coquitlam, B.C. Special thanks to Dr. Don McDonald and the staff at Langley Memorial Hospital.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
