My sincere condolences to Linda ,Caitlin ,Emily and my Aunt Helen. We really enjoyed your visit to Kingston and seeing Carter then was special for me. I remember our good times as kids in Bell Falls. Carter was so full of life and enjoyed being with family more than anything.He as a favourite cousin of mine. He called me just before Christmas and sounded excited about a trip to Mexico. I hope he is keeping my mother entertained as she always kept in touch it’s him through the years. May he Rest In Peace.
