Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Hardev Gill can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

My eight years working with Vic were some of the best of my working life. His jousting with Pete as to who was the strongest, his discussions( or lack of getting a word in ) with Val as to planning, his stern look to some newby who didn't yet know he was truly a big hearted gentle giant.I especially liked Mondays in the winter when he would come by my office and tell me all about a snowmobile trip he and the boys had taken on the weekend, always with such family pride. He was a man who asked your opinion because he really wanted to understand a situation better and who actually used your advice. If he made a mistake he apologized, shook your hand and moved on, of course you spent the next 5 minutes waiting for the circulation to return. He had the fortune of having his boys work with and for him, and was full of pride when David and Rod became firemen. He cared deeply about his employer,his family and the people who had his back especially if yours matched his work ethic. To me he was the face of WESTCOAST. Safe travels Big Vic and to all that loved him.
